Seizure Record

Home Seizures Diagnosis When to Treat During Seizure After Seizure Status Lab Reports Records

Keeping a seizure record is one of the most important things that you can do.  It allows you to watch for patterns in your dog's seizures, gives you a written record of how your pup is responding to medication changes and gives your vet an "at a glance record" in case of an emergency.

The following is a sample of what we use:

Seizures Medication Changes Lab Results

05/11/01 8:30am 15 mg rectal valium. 5 mg oral valium every 2 hours Playing when seizure started.  Lasted about 90 seconds.
